Mark A. Cossette is a Principal of BGM. Mark has more than 20 years of experience serving entrepreneurs and their closely-held businesses. He works with clients in a wide variety of industries, including, contractors and construction; real estate developers; manufacturers and wholesalers; and service companies, including architects, attorneys, advertising companies, physicians, and consulting companies.
With a focus on helping clients retain more of their profits, Mark performs thorough and proactive tax planning to ensure that there are no “tax surprises” upon filing of the returns. Mark works with all forms of entities and is available to assist in selecting the appropriate entity for clients’ business activities.
